You've lost 6 pounds in a month, that's amazing I need to take a page from your book. Course I shouldn't really complain I pretty much stay at the same weight, give or take a few pounds but I would like to at least lose 5 pounds (I have for like a year, and it's still here....). My main problem is that some days I hardly eat anything and then other days look out, it's munching time.
