no more whining, bitching, rantings, complainings whatever's about work related stuff...
i'm stickig to what's important:
my health & happiness
staying close to loved ones and friends
being positive and not dwelling on the negatives in life (ahem work)
not worrying about things that i cannot control
it's a new day and a new attitude

Good for you. It's always good to focus on the positive but to me always seems the hardest.
mo - i know! why is it always so hard!? i'm in a total funk and i just don't know how to snap out of it...any ideas??

Working out is usually good way for me to snap out of it. I put on a kick ass song on the MP3 and get on the eliptical machine. I kick my butt for about 20 minutes then I usually feel better.
Reading a favorite book is always a good one for me as well. Especially if it has a happy ending.
When I'm feeling really bummed I go to my local SPCA shelter where I volunteer. Spending time with the dogs and cats that are waiting for forever families and giving them the lovin that they need in the meantime always makes me feel good.
If none of those work chocolate is always a good idea! :o)
I hope this attitude is contagious because I'd love to catch whatever you have ;)
